The circular governs the national orientation of new holders of the Algerian baccalauréat for the 2026–2027 academic year. It is not the route for students from abroad: under Presidential Decree No. 25-83 of 20 February 2025 the ministry's Study in Algeria platform takes their applications, within places each institution sets aside each year, and on that route they pay tuition fees. Reading these figures

A “minimum” is the lowest bac average the circular says a candidate needs to be ranked for the programme — an eligibility floor, not the average of the last student admitted. Where it shows “None stated”, the circular states no minimum average above a pass in the baccalauréat (10/20); other conditions, such as an interview or an exam, may still apply. Places are then allocated by ranking candidates' choices on their averages; the averages actually needed are published by each institution after the allocation and are not used here. A floor can differ by bac stream: the circular ranks the streams it accepts in priority order (1 first), and some floors apply to one priority only.

Names are in Arabic as the circular writes them; the English names, the programme names in English, the type groupings, the wilaya readings and the track labels (our reading of the circular app's internal codes) are ours — the app's own English is a machine translation and is not used. A wilaya is shown only where a name in the circular carries a place. Where an offer is open to bac holders from particular wilayas, those are the wilayas the circular lists for it — not the institution's seat.

The circular carries no fees. Fees for students from abroad are published by the ministry's Study in Algeria platform.
