Habilitation orders listed

9

dated 2012–2022

This is the ministry's list as updated in August 2022 — the latest edition it publishes. Each establishment is shown with the programmes the list names and the habilitation orders (arrêtés) it lists for that establishment; an order's date is when it was signed, not when it runs out. Programmes may have been renewed, closed or added since, so nothing here says a programme is currently habilitated. Read on 23 October 2026.

Programmes (10)

A programme is a mention (for paramedical schools, a parcours) printed under its domain and grade. Shown in our order — by grade, domain and name — not the list's.

The list prints the orders in a column beside the programmes without ruling which order covers which programme, so each page lists the establishment's orders together rather than guess.

What isn't here

The list names the establishments whose programmes the ministry had habilitated by August 2022: private establishments, paramedical schools, the public universities and institutes, five public bodies under other ministries and the doctoral schools. Its own summary table counts more establishments than the list names, and counts its “offers” in a way we could not reproduce — both sets of figures are on the Madagascar page. It is not a list of every institution operating today, and an establishment's absence proves nothing.

The list holds habilitations only: there are no student numbers, fees, entry requirements or graduate outcomes per establishment, and the ministry's current platform is not open.

Names, localities, domains, grades and programmes are the list's own, in French. It prints most names in capitals without accents; we title-case them and leave the accents out as printed. The English names of the six universities and every English label are ours.
