This is universities, not all of Danish higher education

Denmark also has professionshøjskoler (university colleges) and erhvervsakademier, which together teach a large share of students. They aren't here, because Statistics Denmark doesn't publish them per institution: the companion table still lists the CVUs that were abolished in 2008, and the short and medium-cycle tables have no institution dimension at all. Eight universities is the whole of what Denmark publishes institution by institution.
