Titulados this year include students who finished their coursework in earlier years and only now completed the titulación process, so one divided by the other is not a completion rate — across Mexican institutions that quotient ranges from 0% to over 200%. What isn't here
Mexico publishes no per-institution tuition, no entry cut-offs and no graduate earnings — not under a restrictive licence, but not at all. Graduate earnings exist only by field of study nationally, through INEGI's employment survey, never per institution. For fees, ask the institution — public fees are low but vary by state.
