Belgian higher education belongs to its language communities. Flanders publishes enrolment for every programme at every institution — including the language it's taught in. The French-speaking community publishes its register of institutions, but no enrolment per institution.

Wallonia–Brussels (French-speaking) — 40 institutions

The French-speaking community's higher-education body, ARES, publishes the register of institutions below as open data. It publishes no enrolment per institution: its open enrolment files cover only the non-university sector, identify campuses by postcode rather than institution, and stop at 2020/21. So these institutions are listed without student numbers rather than with estimated ones.
